Job Opportunity – MRI Technologist – North Carolina

Start Date: August 5, 2026 (subject to orientation scheduling)

Location: North Carolina

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts alternating between 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM and 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM. No call, no weekends, no floating required. 13-week assignment available.

Highlights:

• Outpatient clinic setting specializing in spine imaging with an average daily census of 25 patients across 2 MRI rooms
• Work with Philips Ingenia 1.5T equipment and Visage PACS in a focused, structured environment
• Epic EMR system utilized for documentation and charting
• Consistent Monday through Friday schedule with no on-call or weekend coverage
• Adult and geriatric patient population with spine-focused diagnostic imaging
• Pre-approved time off available (up to 7 days, excluding holidays and first week)

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of MRI Technologist experience required
• Prior travel assignment experience required; first-time travelers will not be considered
• ARRT MR certification and current BLS certification required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Demonstrated competency in adult outpatient imaging
• Musculoskeletal imaging experience required: hip/bony pelvis and knee
• Spine imaging experience required: cervical, thoracic, lumbar, and sacrum/coccyx
• Experience with preparation and/or administration of contrast media required
• North Carolina or Compact state license (pending acceptable at time of submission)
• Radiation safety knowledge and IV start skills preferred
• Flexibility to start on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday of orientation week based on facility needs
