Job Opportunity – Radiation Therapist – Ohio

Start Date: November 16, 2026

Location: Columbus, Ohio

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM (8.5-hour shifts with 30-minute unpaid lunch). First week onboarding hours are 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Ten-hour shifts during holiday weeks to accommodate 40 guaranteed hours. No weekends. No on-call.

Highlights:

• Work with advanced radiation therapy technology including Varian TrueBeam linacs, Halcyon, and Aria version 15
• Treat diverse patient populations including adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
• Specialized caseload includes head and neck, CNS (brain/spinal cord), and complex oncology cases
• 40 hours of comprehensive orientation provided
• Experience with Vision RT or OSMS preferred but not required
• Professional environment with scrubs dress code (black pants, any top)

Requirements:

• Valid Ohio state license for Radiation Therapy
• ARRT (T) – Radiation Therapy Technology certification
• BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Radiation Therapist
• Full competency on Varian TrueBeam linacs, Halcyon, and Aria required
• Epic charting system experience
• Education from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program
• Two professional references required (at least one from a manager/director or formal leadership)
• Flu vaccination required (medical exemptions only)
