Description
Start Date: September 14, 2026
Location: Savannah, Georgia
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 12-hour night shifts starting at 7:00 PM
Highlights:
- Neonatal ICU position within a 612-bed acute care facility featuring the region's only Level I trauma center and children's hospital
- Advanced equipment including Servo U and Drager VN500 ventilators, F&P Bubble CPAP, HFOV, HFJV, Vaportherm, and heliox therapy capabilities
- Epic electronic medical record system for streamlined documentation
- Opportunity to work with a comprehensive patient population requiring both invasive and non-invasive ventilation support
- Recognized as a Top Performer on Key Quality Measures and Advanced Primary Stroke Center by The Joint Commission

Requirements:
- Current Respiratory Therapist licensure
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification required
- Minimum 1 year of Neonatal ICU or Pediatric ICU Critical Care experience
- Ability to independently admit and manage ventilated pediatric patients using Servo U ventilators
- Proficiency in setup and management of heliox therapy via invasive and non-invasive measures
- Experience with non-invasive ventilation including BiPAP and CPAP
- Neonatal-specific skills including Bubble CPAP, nitric oxide administration, and high-frequency ventilation
