Description
📍 Utica, NY | 🗓️ 13 Weeks | ⏱️ 36 hrs/week | 🌙 12-Hour Nights (6:30p–7:00a)
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse – ICU with 2+ years ICU experience (SICU, CTICU, Trauma ICU, Neuro ICU, or MS ICU) and prior travel experience required. Must have hands-on experience with CRRT (Prismaflex/NxStage) and strong exposure to cardiac/heart cases (highly preferred).
The RN will manage high-acuity critically ill patients, including cases such as stroke, sepsis, respiratory failure, CHF, post-STEMI, trauma, and post-operative care, utilizing advanced equipment like IABP, CRRT, ventriculostomy, ICP monitoring, and TTM (Arctic Sun).
Must be comfortable working in a multi-specialty ICU environment, floating to other units as needed (excluding ER/Behavioral unless holding). Strong critical thinking, adaptability, and teamwork required. EPIC experience required.
Certifications required: AHA BLS, ACLS & NIHSS (Active NY RN License required)
