HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Manager of Emergency Services to fill an opening with a hospital in Panama City, FL.
Daily Responsibilities for the Manager of Emergency Services:
- Maintains top-notch, patient-focused care by supervising the daily operations and staffing of the unit/department
- Assess and review nursing services to ensure compliance with set guidelines, while also enforcing accountability among staff for achieving quality care and clinical goals aligned with facility objectives
- Shift: Days
Required Qualifications for Manager of Emergency Services:
- RN or APRN license in Florida
- Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma required
- ACLS within 60 days of employment start date
- BCLS within 30 days of employment start date
- PALS obtained within 60 days of employment start date
- BSN
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Medical, Dental and Vision
- Retirement plan with employer match
