Surgery |MUST BE IV CERTIFIED BY START DATE! |Experience:- Minimum 1.5yr clinical experience - Minimum 1yr within a hospital setting in the past 3-5yrs REQUIRED- IV experience REQUIRED. Can obtain by start date |- NH LPN License or Compact License (Proof of State Residency Required)- BLS
