The Clinic Manager position collaborates directly with patients and their families, providers, RN Care Coordinators, the Medical Director, the Director of Quality, Medical Assistants, and clinical support staff in a dynamic and professional environment to provide the highest level of quality healthcare to all patients.

Requirements:

<ul>
	<li>
	Current RN certificate or RN diploma in the State of Oregon.
	
	</li><li>
	Minimum of three (3) years medical leadership experience or three (3) years of experience in a medical office environment.
	
	</li><li>
	Experience in EPIC and medical terminology preferred.
	
	</li><li>
	Excellent verbal and written skills.
	
	</li><li>
	Ability to relate with warmth and effectiveness to patients and staff of the health center.
	
	</li><li>
	Current CPR certification required.
