Physical Therapist (IP - Rehab Hospital)

 

What you will do: 

Patient Assessments/Reassessment 
Care Planning
Physical Therapy Modalities/Patient Treatment
Patient Education 
Assesses and documents patient outcomes criteria 
Charge Capture 
Works in Acute, Skilled Nursing and Outpatient Areas 

 

What you will need: 

Bachelors, Masters or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy 
Georgia Physical Therapy License 
New graduates will be considered
Be able to work Monday-Friday, 8a-5p, with occasional Saturdays
