Unit – Pratt 8, PCU/Stepdown
# of beds – 16
Nurse:Patient Ratios – Days: 2-3 Patients/Nurse depending on Acuity, Nights: 3 patients with occasionally 4 Weekend requirements – every other weekend
Is there call or standby? – no
Floating requirements – first to float
Scrubs – any solid color
How many shifts of unit/department specific orientation – 2-3 shifts
