We are seeking a skilled X-Ray Technologist to join our team. This position involves performing diagnostic imaging procedures and ensuring patient safety and comfort during the process.

Unit Information

• Location: Overland Park, KS
• Unit Type: Diagnostic Radiology
• Number of Beds: 155
• Staffing: 1 lead, 3 technologists
• Type of Equipment: GE, Siemens, Phillips
• EMR Systems: Meditech, McKesson

Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of the X-Ray Technologist include:

• Performing X-Ray imaging procedures as per facility protocols.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Maintaining equipment and ensuring cleanliness in the imaging area.
• Documenting imaging procedures accurately in the EMR system.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Current BLS certification.
• Kansas state license.
• Registered as an X-Ray Technologist (ARRT certification required).
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the field.

Dress Code

Scrub color is flexible; however, appropriate professional attire is expected at all times.
