Travel Physical Therapist – Outpatient
Location: Hyde Park, NY
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
Start Date: 3/2/2026
Shift: 8-hour days | 37.5 hours/week | No on-call

Shift Schedule:

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Tuesday, Thursday: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM

HumanEdge Health is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for an outpatient clinic in Hyde Park, NY. This role focuses on treating an orthopedic and neurological patient population in a collaborative outpatient setting.

Position Overview:

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to orthopedic and neuro patients

• Perform evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions

• Document patient progress and outcomes in accordance with facility standards

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support patient recovery and mobility

Requirements:

• Active New York State Physical Therapist License

• Minimum 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience

Preferred:

• 2+ years of outpatient experience
