Job Description<p>As a registered nurse - charge nurse (RN), you'll supervise other nurses and help care for patients. Working at a hospital, outpatient facility or another healthcare facility, you'll manage, lead, train and support the nursing staff. You will also help develop individualized treatment plans and treat and monitor patients.
