Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse, LD
Experience: 2 years
Licenses: RN-IL(Copy needed)
Certifications: BLS; NRP; ACLS; CERT-FHM
SSN Required
DOB Required
Work History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in entire work history
