4 yr Bachelor in MT 5 years’ experience as a MT IN ACUTE CARE REQUIRED *STRONGLY PREFER IT TO BE RECENT FL Supervisor License in all 5 specialty areas or Has ALREADY APPLIED FOR THE LICENSE Candidate would need to have a Generalist License
