Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) – 13 Week Assignment

Location: Florence, SC 29505 

Facility: Hospital-based outpatient rehab unit 

Start Date: January 5, 2026 

Duration: 13 weeks 

Shift: 5x8-hour days, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM 

Weekend Requirement: None 

On-Call Requirement: None

 Holiday Requirement: Possible

 Floating: May be required within scope to like units or sister facilities

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Florence, SC. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule in a hospital-based outpatient rehab unit, with opportunities to work across like units if needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy services to outpatient populations, ensuring individualized treatment plans and patient-centered care.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other allied health professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Document patient care and progress using Epic charting system.
• Maintain compliance with facility standards, safety protocols, and professional practice guidelines.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience.
• Active South Carolina PT license or Multi-State Compact PT license at contract start.
• Current BLS certification.
• Travel experience required (first-time travelers not accepted).
• Must reside at least 60 miles from the facility (locals not accepted).

• RTO Policy: All requested time off must be submitted at time of profile submission; approvals are based on facility needs.
• Hurricane Season Notice: From June through November, employees and contractors may be assigned to emergency response teams.
