Description
- Position is open to candidates located 60 miles or greater from the hospital (travel assignment).
- Must complete all Pennsylvania onboarding requirements before starting:
- Obtain Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance electronically.
- Complete Department of Human Services fingerprinting (Service Code: 1KG756).
- Complete FBI Department of Aging fingerprinting (Service Code: 1KG8RJ) if not done within last two years.
- Obtain PATCH—PA State Police Employment Clearance.
- All fingerprinting confirmations and clearances must be submitted before clearance to start.
- Payment for fingerprinting to be made onsite via credit card or money order.
- Volunteer clearances are not accepted for employment.
