Job Title: Radiology Technologist
Duration: 13+ Weeks + High possibility of extension
Location: Modesto, CA 95350
Shift: Day Shift. Hours will be 8:00 AM to 04:00 PM
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Radiology Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment at Doctors Medical Center of Modesto. The ideal candidate will perform high-quality diagnostic radiographic examinations while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and exceptional care.
Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic X-ray procedures according to physician orders and department protocols.
Prepare and position patients for radiographic examinations.
Operate radiographic imaging equipment safely and efficiently.
Ensure high-quality diagnostic images while following radiation safety standards.
Maintain accurate patient documentation and imaging records.
Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide quality patient care.
Adhere to hospital policies, infection prevention guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of Radiology Technologist experience.
Active California Radiologic Technologist License.
Current ARRT (R) certification.
Current BLS Certification.
Strong knowledge of radiographic procedures, patient positioning, and radiation safety.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
