Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) with a strong Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) background to join a high-performing surgical team. The ideal candidate will have at least two (2) consecutive years of recent CVOR experience and be confident assisting in complex cardiovascular, vascular, and thoracic procedures.

Candidates must have recent cardiovascular surgical case experience within the last 3 months, including open-heart procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum 2 consecutive years of Cardiovascular Surgery (CVOR) experience (required)
Recent CVOR case experience within the last 3 months
Experience assisting with open-heart surgeries
Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program
Ability to work in a fast-paced surgical environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Required Certifications

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA)
Basic Life Support (BLS)
