Position Summary: Our client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Surgical Technologist to support the surgical team before, during, and after procedures. The Surgical Technologist will be responsible for preparing the operating room, maintaining a sterile environment, organizing surgical instruments and supplies, and assisting surgeons and nurses throughout surgical procedures. The ideal candidate should remain calm under pressure, demonstrate excellent attention to detail, and work effectively as part of a collaborative healthcare team while prioritizing patient safety and infection control.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain the operating room before surgical procedures.
Set up sterile instruments, supplies, and equipment required for surgery.
Assist the surgical team with gowning, gloving, and maintaining sterile technique.
Pass instruments and supplies to surgeons during procedures.
Anticipate the needs of surgeons and other members of the surgical team.
Perform surgical counts of instruments, needles, sponges, and other supplies.
Assist with positioning and preparing patients for surgery.

Requirements: Travel Experience: Previous travel assignment experience required Trauma Experience: Level I Trauma Center experience required Must have a GA or Multi State license to submit.
