Start Time: 6:30 AM or 7:30 AM

Requirements:
Active California RN License
Minimum 2 years of Interventional Radiology nursing experience
Experience with EPIC EMR system
Previous experience with procedural sedation and patient recovery
Current CPR/BLS/BCLS certification
Current ACLS certification
Current PALS certification
Ability to work within inpatient interventional radiology and float to other radiology nursing areas as needed

Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to patients within the inpatient Interventional Radiology department
Assist with interventional radiology procedures and patient care
Provide pre-procedure and post-procedure nursing care
Administer and monitor procedural sedation as appropriate
Monitor patients during procedures and recovery
Assess patient conditions and respond promptly to changes or complications
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide safe, effective patient care
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in the facility's EMR
Follow infection control, patient safety, and hospital policies
Float to other radiology nursing areas as needed based on staffing and operational needs
Maintain current CPR/BLS/BCLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications throughout the assignment
