  <li>Monitor telemetry strips; RN's must be able to read and interpret their own strips.</li>
  <li>Provide care and conduct assessments for patients with intermediate care needs.</li>
  <li>Manage patient care alongside nurse aides and clinical assistants.</li>
  <li>Participate in patient orientation and training.</li>
  <li>Float to other units as needed, including Telemetry and MedSurg with ratios up to 1:6.</li>
</ul>

<h2>Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure</h2>
<ul>
  <li>Current RN license.</li>
  <li>Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.</li>
  <li>Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.</li>
  <li>National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification.</li>
