Cardiac Invasive Technologist

<h2>Responsibilities</h2>

  <li>Prepare patients for examinations and report clinical changes in patient condition to the RN or physician.</li>
  <li>Function in various roles: case recorder, cardiac circulator, and scrub assistant.</li>
  <li>Document all procedures accurately, ensuring labeling and identifying of studies and entering charges.</li>
  <li>Perform point of care testing in compliance with CLIA guidelines as necessary.</li>

<h2>Job Description</h2>
<p>Join a dynamic Radiology team as a CT Technologist, where you will perform diagnostic imaging procedures using Philips CT scanners. This role requires proficiency in performing CT scans of various anatomical regions, including chest, abdomen, pelvis, head, and c-spine studies, along with conducting PE studies.</p>

<h2>Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
  <li>Perform high-quality CT imaging studies for diverse patient populations.</li>
  <li>Administer venipuncture and injections as necessary, following certification requirements.</li>
  <li>Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout imaging procedures.</li>
  <li>Work collaboratively with physicians and healthcare teams to provide optimal patient care.</li>
  <li>Maintain accurate records and documentation in the EPIC system.</li>
</ul>

<h2>Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure</h2>
<ul>
  <li>Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in CT technology.</li>
  <li>ARRT CT certification and New York State Department of Health venipuncture certification required.</li>
  <li>EPIC experience within the past 2 years is mandatory.</li>
  <li>Current New York state licensure or proof of application.</li>
