General Information:

<li>6 MRI scanners (currently operating 5)
</li><li>Weekly patient census: 250-300
</li><li>Patient Types: Outpatient, Inpatient, Emergency Department
</li><li>Patient Ratios: 1:1
</li><li>Support Team: Lead Tech/Coordinator and Imaging Assistants (never work alone)
</li><li>Charting System: EPIC, McKesson PACS (all required)
</li><li>Orientation: 3 days
</li><li>On-call requirement: Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 PM to 6:30 AM, with backup coverage during weekends
</li><li>Weekend rotation: Maximum every 3rd weekend

Certifications &amp; Licenses:

What You Bring:

<li>3 to 5 years of professional MRI experience with GE and Siemens systems
</li><li>Strong proficiency in imaging various patient populations, including those with implantable devices, neuro, oncology, musculoskeletal, ventilated, sedated, and cardiac patients
</li><li>Ability to efficiently work with high patient volumes and maintain a compassionate, patient-centered focus
</li><li>Demonstrated skill in real-time problem-solving, adaptability, and working in a team environment
</li><li>Familiarity with digital imaging systems, EPIC charting, and PACS platforms
</li><li>Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, demanding setting, with a positive attitude and professional appearance
</li></ul>

Preferred Education &amp; Experience:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Radiologic Technology or related healthcare field
</li><li>Additional certifications or specializations in cardiac, neuro, or functional MRI preferred
</li><li>Experience working within a Level II Trauma Center environment or similar high-acuity setting
</li><li>Previous experience in an MRI-only or dedicated imaging department
</li></ul>

Key Responsibilities:

<li>Deliver specialized respiratory care to NICU patients, including ventilator management, oxygen therapy, and ABG analysis.
</li><li>Support critical and acute care procedures such as intubation assistance and non-invasive ventilation.
</li><li>Monitor patient responses and ensure proper functioning of ventilators and airways.
</li><li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.

What You Bring:

<li>Minimum of 1 year of experience working in an acute hospital setting, specifically with NICU patients.
</li><li>Proven proficiency with ventilator operation, including Servo, GE, Drager, V60, EV300, and AIRVO HFNC systems.
</li><li>Ability to perform breathing treatments, interpret ABGs, and manage complex respiratory equipment.
</li><li>Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills in emergency or high-pressure situations.
</li><li>Patient-focused approach with excellent attention to detail.
</li><li>Team player with a positive, energetic attitude and strong communication skills.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

<li>Over one year of experience in a hospital NICU, PICU, or ED trauma setting.
