k-12th grades 

Essential Functions: 

Performs diagnostic evaluation of students; assesses and interprets intellectual, social and/or emotional development. 

Schedules evaluations; secures records from community agencies and observes students. 

Completes individual psychological evaluations; 

Completes a written report to be sent to the school, parents and other agencies, including and interpretation of the results of the psychological evaluation. 

Conducts parent/school conferences, including recommendations for the child’s school program and/or home environment. 

Provides psychological counseling and related services to students when required.

Required: Procedures: Neuro, Ortho, MRA's, body exams. IV Starts. Inpatient hospital experience. Trauma and ER. Siemens equipment
Skills required: Breast scans.
Things to Know: Will be working in inpatient and outpatient, level I trauma, stroke center. 7 case a day

CIGNA Portland OR Family NP required. Will consider Adult if no pediatric patients will be seen. 
Candidates must be board certified by the ANCC or AANP
Must have active/unrestricted NP license in state of assignments 
New graduates will be considered
Must be able to be credentialed by Medicare, Medicaid, and other Private Insurance Companies
Required is proficiency with various computer based applications such as MS Office (Logging into programs, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, general use of mouse and navigation of different programs, typing) along with utilizing various websites to perform the required duties.
Strong background/interest in primary care and preventative medicine is a plus
Must have use of own car with adequate automobile insurance
Highly motivated, self-directed professional with strong organizational skills and comfortable working independently on a daily basis
Must have home internet connection
Excellent clinical assessment and analytical skills
