Michael was incredibly personable and friendly, and he built a genuine connection with me in a very short amount of time. He was reliable, communicative, and always willing to go to bat for nurses and techs, which made the whole process feel supportive and stress-free. I truly felt like he had my best interests in mind rather than just trying to place me quickly. I’d absolutely work with him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a recruiter who actually advocates for their clinicians.

Virginia has been the best recruiter I've worked with. She is never pushy and gets back to me quickly. She checks in with me but does not pester me and tries to understand my wants and needs. If I have questions and she doesn't have answers, she'll find someone who can answer my questions. I've never had pay issues with TRS. If there are any issues with anything, they are quick to contact me and help me. In fact, when I first started, I was always late with my timesheets and the payroll department always worked with me to try to get my paid on time, even though I was at fault. Again, Virginia Johnson is awesome.
