How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Lead rapid clinical assessments to stabilize patients in critical condition, ensuring immediate and accurate intervention during medical emergencies.

• Prioritize patient care through expert triage, managing a high-volume environment by identifying and treating the most urgent needs first.

• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary trauma team to execute complex treatment plans and life-saving procedures under high-pressure conditions.

• Support patients and families with clear communication, providing compassionate guidance and education during their most vulnerable moments.

• Maintain a high-reliability safety culture by vigilantly monitoring patient status and double-checking high-risk medications to ensure zero-harm outcomes.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

Required Credential(s):

• Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Preferred Credential(s):

• Pediatric Advanced Life Support. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

What additional preferences we're seeking

• 1+ years of RN experience
