We are seeking a Registered Nurse Medical Team Administrator to lead the healthcare team at the Marathon County Jail. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who enjoys mentoring staff, coordinating care, and ensuring quality healthcare delivery in a structured environment.

As the RN Medical Team Administrator, you’ll combine clinical expertise with leadership responsibilities to guide daily operations, support nursing staff, and ensure patients receive high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily medical operations within the facility

• Supervise and support nursing staff while promoting teamwork and accountability

• Ensure compliance with nursing standards, policies, and regulatory guidelines

• Coordinate scheduling and staffing to maintain appropriate coverage

• Work collaboratively with correctional staff and healthcare providers

• Monitor quality assurance and participate in performance improvement initiatives

• Assist with training, coaching, and professional development of the healthcare team
