Registered Nurse RN Emergency Services Main and FSED Night Shift

Job Description Registered Nurse Emergency Services Main and FSED 7p-7a * $30,000 Sign On Bonus (First half paid on first paycheck and second half paid on 1 year anniversary)* As a Registered Nurse at Lake Granbury Medical Center (LGMC), you'll play a vital role in doing what you do best - providing quality care to our patients. About the Job: * Evaluates assigned patients and plans, implements, and documents nursing care * Assists physicians during examinations and procedures * Performs various patient tests and administers medications within the scope of practice of the registered nurse * Promotes patients' independence by establishing patient care goals and teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills * 3x12s, 7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. Requirements: * TX RN license * Associates Degree in Nursing, Bachelors preferred * BLS & ACLS certification * TNCC upon hire preferred but must possess within first year * PALS or ENBC * 1 year of ER experience We know it's not just about finding a job.
