Documents, implements and updates plans of care. * Collaborates with all members of the healthcare team to implement and evaluate a patient's status and treatment plan. * Cross-trains and floats to other areas of nursing as required. * Interact with patient and significant others, while maintain the standard of professional nursing. Requirements: To be seriously considered for this role, you'll need to have: * Education: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. Bachelor's Degree preferred. * Experience: Minimum 1 year acute care experience required. * Licenses/Certification: RN license current in the state of Colorado or compact state. Current BLS certification, ACLS and PALS maintenance expected. Shift - This position is full-time, with 12 hour shifts. This position can be fast paced at times, and slow paced at times, and candidates should be able to perform in both scenarios. Schedule - As a health care organization, we operate 24/7, 365 days per year. Candidates should be available to work a variety of shifts (days shift and night shift), weekends, and holidays. Status - Full time Compensation: $31.28 - $43.80/hr, depending on experience. Current GVH employees transferring departments are not eligible for the Sign N Stay Bonus There is no deadline to apply for this position; we are accepting applications on an ongoing basis until a finalist is selected. Full Time staff are automatically enrolled in 401A plan as of date of hire. Life and AD&D insurance: All active employees working 40 or more hours per pay period are eligible for benefits on the first of the month after hire date. Short-term and long-term disability: All active employees working 60 or more hours per pay period are eligible for benefits on the first of the month after hire date.
