A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN Float) contributes to AHF by providing hands-on care to patients under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians. Your contribution as an LPN/LVN is essential in providing high-quality and compassionate care to patients, contributing to the overall well-being of individuals and communities. Remember, every small act of care makes a big difference! A LPN/LVN Float enhances the reputation of AHF by providing multifunctional quality patient care and collaborating as a team at assigned Healthcare Centers as directed by the Regional Nursing Director. Providing patient education, accuracy in patient documentation, competency in Nursing Procedures, and leadership support as needed. . You will be a passionate advocate for our top initiatives. To be successful as a LPN/LVN Float it is crucial to ensure that the AHF core Values and Mission stay top of mind with all that your do.
