Maxim Healthcare in Lombard is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes for a full-time, part-time, or PRN opportunity. Position Hours: Nights: Monday-Sunday 7p - 7a Why Join Maxim: * Competitive pay & weekly paychecks * Health, dental, vision, and life insurance * 401(k) savings plan * Awards and recognition programs Responsibilities: * Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. * On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders * Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition. * Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses. Qualifications: * Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN/LVN will practice. * Current TB or Chest X-Ray. * Current BLS card.
