Resource Registered Nurse (RN) Critical Care Night Shift

Looking for a full-time Resource RN to work 12- hour Night shift with our Critical Care Unit as your home base. The Resource RN will have demonstrated competency to work in a Critical Care Unit and will be floating to many other departments to be a Resource Nurse. These departments include Acute Care, Emergency Department, Urgent Care, and CCU. Requirements: * CO RN License (DORA) * BSN preferred. * Minimum of 2-years RN work experience in a hospital setting with at least 1 year in critical care is required. * BLS, ACLS and PALS (AHA) * TNCC or obtained within 6 months of hire. SALARY RANGE * $33.99 - 49.98/hour (BSN)+ Resource RN Differential * Entry salary dependent upon education, skill set, and experience. * Valley View recognizes a 4% pay difference for RN-ADN, BSN, MSN * $2.25/hour evening shift differential when working a minimum of 4 consecutive hours between 3:00pm-11:30pm. * $4.00/hour night shift differential when working a minimum of 4 consecutive hours between 11:00pm - 7:30am. * $4.25/hour weekend shift differential when working 5 or more continuous hours between 7pm on Friday and 7am on Monday. * Eligible for a $15,000 sign on bonus for those that qualify (2-year commitment required/Internal candidates not eligible) * Annual Bonuses based upon organizational and individual performance.
