FTE: 1, Shift: Days, Schedule: EX Position Summary The Director of Case Management is responsible for leading a dynamic team of clinical professionals in the execution of exemplary cross continuum care coordination. This position is responsible for the development and implementation of the case management process; coordinating and supervising the duties of the clinical case managers and social workers; promoting quality patient care outcomes while supporting appropriate utilization/resources management along the continuum of care; and facilitating the multidisciplinary case management process by coordinating the development and implementation of tools and systems for effective, efficient case management. This individual works with market leaders, physicians, peers, community colleagues, system leaders and others to identify opportunities to continually improve patient care and services, and to execute collaborative practices that exemplify MultiCare Health System's commitment to patient centered care and community engagement. Requirements * Master's Degree in health-related field * Current Washington State RN Licensure * Eight (8) years clinical experience, acute care case management experience preferred * Five (5) years of healthcare leadership experience * Risk mitigation, financial and reimbursement experience * Non-RN Directors are grandfathered into this role Our Values As a MultiCare employee, we'll rely on you to reflect our core values of Respect, Integrity, Stewardship, Excellence, Collaboration and Kindness. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $166,920.00 - $231,733.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
