Clinical Nurse and Patient Care Tech Open House Interviews - Acute Care Units Tampa General Hospital is seeking clinical nurses to join our acute care units throughout the hospital, including - ED hold, Observation, Neuroscience, Cardiac Telemetry, Medical Telemetry, Medicine Overflow, Transplant, Complex Medicine units and more. Sign-up for your interview time and come prepared to shine! Interviews will take place at Tampa General Hospital (1 Tampa General Circle, Tampa, FL, 33606). Acute Care Areas Description: The Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Units include complex medicine, general surgery, orthopedics, observation, neuroscience, oncology, primary care, specialty surgery, nursing rehab units, acute care for the elderly (ACE), cardiac telemetry, cardiovascular telemetry, vascular, trauma, short stay and dialysis units. These units value the art and science of nursing and offer a high level of interaction with patients and families. Areas that are NOT included in the open house interviews: Women and Children units, OR, ED, ICU units Clinical Nurse: We're seeking candidates with a degree of an accredited school of nursing plus an active Registered Nurse license in the State of Florida or recent graduate nursing. Candidates with hospital experience are strongly preferred. Patient Care Tech: Qualified candidates will have a certified nursing assistant license in the State of Florida. Current BLS and hospital experience strongly preferred.
