Pros
1. Loved all the staff in the OR, everyone was very nice and helpful. 2. I’ve been all over the country and their surgeons are some of the nicest and most respectful I’ve worked with. 3. Case assignments were fair and consistent and I felt like the management cared about staff and respected their time and opinions 4. Schedule was pretty flexible
Cons
1. Hospital is the right in the middle of the city so parking can be difficult. There’s an underground parking garage under the hospital but it’s only 3 floors and as of 2022 cost me $35 a day to park there. There’s other parking options a short walk from the facility though. 2. My schedule changed a little week to week. For example, one week I would work my normal time from 6:30am-5pm on mon, tues, and Thurs, but then work 10am- 8pm the other 2 days. I’m not sure how mandatory the changing schedule is because I told them I was fine with it.
