Pros
All the good nurses and staff have left its shambles now. The new staff walk out before the first shift. All a reflection of the new nurse manager. They have her personality and it’s rotten.
Cons
They rush through admissions protocols during shift reporting and there’s need 6” blades found in pt rooms with narcotic and vapes, It’s getting violent with codes that are dangerous in this hospital. Only 2 nurses maybe one or 2 techs per 40 patients. The Milleu is more dangerous than ever. Nobody picks up shifts even with bonuses. I don’t recommend working here any more. It was nice a year ago but all the good nurses have left. LifePoint is forcing profit and ruining this beautiful facility. The patients don’t get proper support or placement for discharge. It’s very sad.

Cons
Very poor management, favoritism, BHTs are disrespectful to nurses, you have to do many different jobs not just the nurse's. Very unprofessional therapist thought she could take Drs orders and was doing this! On call Dr during night shift likes to sleep and gets mad if you try to call him though the facility has admissions all night long! Chronically short staffed and staff who work there are involved in cliques. Hostile work environment don't work here! Training for your job is lacking.
