Pros
I had a very positive experience working at Covington Behavioral hospital. The nurses were always helpful and supportive, and the behavioral tech team was awesome too!
Cons
Only issue we was the staff bathroom not being kept clean by the staff after housekeeping had done their job.

Nurse to patient ratio is 1:14. It’s all about who you work with. Some staff will watch you get attacked. Staff is encouraged to not call the police or press charges on violent patients. Going to your work and leave.
