Tesmwork
Staff work well together to achieve the same goal. There may be days when you are short staff, but the house supervisor is very supportive. What healthcare place isn’t short staff sometimes.

Nurse to patient ratio is 1:14. It’s all about who you work with. Some staff will watch you get attacked. Staff is encouraged to not call the police or press charges on violent patients. Going to your work and leave.
