Supplies always available. Support from management and peers is terrible. Management does not protect nurse’s safety, PTO requests, or wellbeing. You will always have max assigned patients. Often doing the job of 2-3.

The floors are super disorganized. They have supplies scattered in multiple areas of the unit also have the Pyxis & specific meds separated. The culture is toxic. They mostly have staff & they always give the travelers the worse assignment. Do not recommend.

Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Center is an 881-bed quaternary care academic medical center that is a joint venture between Baylor College of Medicine and St. Luke’s Health. Located in the Texas Medical Center, the hospital is the home of the Texas Heart® Institute, a cardiovascular research and education institution founded in 1962 by Denton A. Cooley, MD.
