OT is always available, flexible scheduling, multiple shift options
Cons
This is a state hospital where the majority of staff are agency. They are consistently short staffed and don't seem to even attempt to cover the needs, just say they have new hires in training & relief is coming soon. There is absolutely zero support from management. It is questionable if compliance with governing agencies holds any importance to leadership. If you accept, i caution you to watch & protect your license & yourself!!
