A lot of work for anyone to endure! No work life balance. The behavior of the manager, supervisors  and leads are very dogmatic and care about the staff at all, very prejudice toward certain cultures which is not fair. I wouldn’t recommend anybody to work there… very clickiest!

Greta coworkers terrible upper administration. Money hungry under the name of extending the healing ministry of Christ.

Most of the staf were very negative and not happy with the hospital management

Worked in CVICU, very busy unit, and disgorganized. Staff not helpful to travelers

This place was absolutely terrible. Most of the facilities are ran by locum docs. The charges/ANM’s are more concerned about budget hours than ratios. If you have visible tattoos get use to long sleeves or just skip over this place. Also the pay is not the best and they are not to friendly to travelers.

      <p>American Traveler is seeking a skilled RN for a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) travel position requiring a FL or compact RN license and experience in pediatric critical care.</p>
      
            <h2>Responsibilities</h2>
            <ul><li>Work in the Pediatric Cardiac ICU within a hospital setting</li><li>Care for critically ill pediatric and cardiac ICU patients</li><li>12-hour night shifts</li><li>13-week assignment duration</li><li>Rotating or per request weekend shifts</li><li>Floating required as needed or by unit rotation</li><li>No call responsibilities</li><li>Travelers must have a permanent address at least 75 miles from the facility</li><li>Returning travelers must have been away from the facility for at least one year before eligibility</li><li>Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to provide comprehensive care for pediatric ICU patients</li><li>Adherence to required hospital protocols and infection control standards</li><li>Must be able to work night shifts and rotating weekends as assigned</li></ul>
