Good Organization overall, shows staff much appreciation and pay is a little more fair than others in the area. But do give a lot of raises throughout the year and for yearly.
Cons
Scheduling, not so great. Will schedule on days/nights already approved off just to get you to do their job for them. A lot manageral clinicians and admin don't know the scope of practice between nursing types and bilittle you, single you out and push you make you so uncomfortable and schedule you with staff that will push you into leaving just so they don't have to pay unemployment.
