It’s a no for me
Pros
Not sure. Just stay away. They are lying, it's 6-1 ratio.
Cons
6:1 ratio. Very unorganized. Patients are spending over 12 hours in the ED hallway, just to get a bed. Calling them bed holds. No doctors ever available in there if you need. Step-down PCU Patients into a med Tele/PCU with a ratio 6:1 on every floor. It's insane No time to even take a descent break, everyone is so busy. 2 patients in a room, even mixing a male and female. Management is so weak, they want you to insert a nasal gastric in the middle of you drowning into your work. No one asked you if you are ok, or need help. Everyone swim away yourself. Their PCU is a critical care PCU, so you get all the step down patients into a medtele/PCU floor mix with Neuro and cardiac drips. They quick to print fingers and mistreating you. Very Toxic environment. Low retention. So you figure 🤔. This MEDITECH needs to go. Get EPIC or Cerner.
