Nightshift ED staff is awesome and great to work with, the charge nurses all do a great job with assignments, providers are great, it's overall a really great facility with great staff/resources.

It's not really a con, but a very large portion of the patient population only spoke spanish, fluency in spanish is helpful here. Lots of meth in the area. Very hot summers.
