The OBGYN here is negligent and unsafe doing unnecessary 36-37 week inductions for undocumented “pih” then the mom comes in with normal pressure. Has unreasonable staffing ratios (1:whatever walks in) some night only having ONE RN on staff for for the whole floor to cover Labor and OB triage. Antiquated practices, not always ACOG standards. Protect your license, don’t come here.
