Units are generally traveler friendly. Rare that there is no break relief, but the units try to make certain the travelers get their breaks/lunch. Never cancelled by facility. State ratios ALWAYS maintained.

County hospital, county patients (thought this wasn't an issue for me). I don't have any "cons," for this facility. As far as a productive working environment, it works. This was a nice facility with generally nice employees, regardless of dept you're working. I'd go back again.
