Pros
Flow of unit is great, 4:1 pt ratios. Well stocked, housekeeping is top tier, ancillary staff is great.
Cons
Mean girl culture, no one really helps one another. Took awhile for staff to warm up… now that my contact is almost over it’s better. Very high acuity patients, lots of holds, and psych.

Pros
Light nights are light.
Cons
Management cares not about safety. Management brags about low ratios that have wicked high acuity. Doctors refuse to write orders for restraints while pts actively punch staff. You are on your own.
