Even though the hospital is new, it doesn’t cover up the fact that leadership is absolutely horrendous at the site. I am talking specifically the hospital president; who doesn’t have the first idea how an inpatient nursing unit works, to the directory of quality (who is a social worker by background) to the OPs director who I’m not sure what he actually does. Leadership does not view any of the employees with regard to being a person, just a number. It is too bad because there are really good employees there.
