      <p>American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a PACU position in Fort Worth, TX, requiring at least 2 years of experience, an active TX RN license, and on-call availability including weekends.</p>
      
            <h2>Responsibilities</h2>
            <ul><li>Hospital PACU (Post-Anesthesia Care Unit) setting</li><li>Day shift schedule, 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM, 12-hour shifts</li><li>36 hours per week</li><li>13-week contract with potential for permanent conversion</li><li>Patient ratio of 2:1</li><li>On-call required, including on-call weekends</li><li>Epic EMR experience preferred</li><li>Conduct clinical assessments and manage individualized patient care plans using the nursing process</li><li>Delegate tasks to appropriate healthcare personnel in accordance with the Texas Nursing Practice Act</li><li>Facilitate patient and family education throughout the care continuum</li><li>Collaborate interdependently with the healthcare team to deliver integrated patient care</li><li>Navy scrubs required</li><li>Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local travelers are not accepted</li><li>Candidates who have previously worked as a permanent employee at any Baylor facility may have restricted eligibility</li></ul>
          
      <h2>Requirements</h2>
      <ul><li>Active TX RN license (or compact license with TX authorization) required</li><li>Current certifications required: BLS (AHA), ACLS, and PALS</li><li>Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required</li><li>PACU or post-surgical recovery experience preferred</li><li>Two professional references required for consideration</li><li>Date of birth and SSN required for consideration</li><li>Flu vaccination is mandatory with no exemptions accepted</li></ul>
