Unit is very traveler friendly with an environment that is welcoming and kind. Schedule flexibility as well. Some staff nurses rent rooms to travelers which helps to integrate the team.

I can't really think of anything...I really appreciated the cultural enjightment of this job..it took me way out of my comfort zone..
